“Naša Perspektiva” is a non-governmental, non-profit organization founded in February 2010, with a focus on involving BiH diaspora in the development of the country of origin.
BiH’s greatest resource is its people, especially those who have proven themselves as top experts in various fields at the world level. Our previous work has shown that the diaspora is ready to share its knowledge with the country of origin.
On the other hand, numerous (start-up) companies in BiH need this knowledge in order to further develop and grow. In order to facilitate the connection of one side and the other, the USAID Diaspora Invest project launched the Diaspora Mentorship Program.

In addition to working with mentors, the USAID Diaspora Invest project regularly organizes one-day DiaWorks workshops through which experts from the diaspora transfer their knowledge. Online registration for this program will be available soon.
