USAID Diaspora Invest Project is soliciting proposals from eligible offerors able to provide diaspora engagement advisory services to Local Government Units (LGUs) and Micro, Small and Medium Sized Enterprises (MSMEs) in Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH) under the USAID Diaspora Invest Project.

Advisory services are sought in areas including: (i) organizational development of local government units to engage with the diaspora, (ii) technical assistance to diaspora-related MSMEs, (iii) expanding internship opportunities for young diaspora professionals, (iv) organization of diaspora-related conferences, workshops and learning events, and (v) interventions to increase access to early-stage finance. Public call is open to private firms, non-profits, civil society organizations, and academic institutions.
